Proper espresso coffees machine and a grinder
I’ve got one of these https://www.amazon.co.uk/Sage-BES875UK-Barista-Express-Stainless/dp/B077YZXR1W/ref=mp_s_a_1_3?dchild=1&keywords=sage+coffee+machine&qid=1624259920&sprefix=sage+&sr=8-3#

For nearly the same (£550) you could get a two step machine https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B077YZXR1W/ref=ox_sc_saved_title_6?smid=A3P5ROKL5A1OLE&psc=1 which I am sure would provide a better end result.
I’ve been thinking of getting a £500-£700 set up but gosh it’s hard balancing things out…

Sage Barista Express will get you both a grinder and a decent starter espresso machine (I’ve had mine for 4 years and still love it)
It’s worth noting though that the grinder will only work for espresso, so you may be better getting a standalone grinder if you’re ever going to want to do things like V60 (you should!) – could get a decent hand grinder for c.£200, such as
Could couple that with an entry level machine like this one and still be within your budget
