Unless you get into the weird stuff like maltron or the one with rear veiw mirrors that might be the best your gonna get. Because it can change to however you want, but a lot cant offer that feature, like the ones listed above

Keep your wrists in the neutral position, instead of rotating them 90 degrees. It’s a bit awkward to look at, but typing on a flat board is totally not ergonomic.
