Yah you can replace the keycaps with khail, and since they use the same stems you don’t have to worry about anything. Any keycap used for cherry mx switches will work for khail switches (one of the pros of it being a straight clone). Still, there isn’t a lot of evidence that khail is as good (quality, consistency, longevity, etc.) hence why a good chunk of people here recommend cherry over khails. The Ducky Zero (without LED’s) can be found under $100 for sure. The Rosewell r9000 is almost always on sale for under $100. Also, the Rosewell Helios is currently on sale like the Apollo for around $100. Spec whys there are very similar and you get cherry mx blue switches. While you don’t get the usb hub, earphone jacks, and wristrest, you get a standard layout and 2 led colours (if that’s your thing). Personally, I’d choose the Helios over the Apollo/Azio any day just because of the standard layout (it makes it a LOT more easier when buying/replacing keycaps) and it has actual cherry switches.

This Rosewill keyboard has two colors of backlighting and is exactly $100. Not sure of the ACTUAL quality, but it has good reviews and I don’t see any glaring issues with it outside of the fact that it’s really plain and has no NKRO.

I recommend that Rosewill based on the fact that I have this Rosewill keyboard, which is actually a fairly decent keyboard for the price, I believe. It’s got two USB hubs and headphone and mic ports, a backlight, and NKRO. Build quality is pretty solid, as well. It was exactly $100 when I ordered it. If you could swing another $10, I’d go for this one. The wrist rest it comes with is complete trash though, and doesn’t have a way to remove that wrist rest after you put it on(I broke mine after trying to remove it), so be wary of that.

Both of these are of course assuming that you’re in the market for an MX Blue keyboard. If not… not sure.
