It’s the Royal Kludge RK71 and just a razer mouse.

I seriously doubt it. The arrangement of hotkeys would be functional also (and not copyrightable), and, lots of keyboards “touch it,” even e.g. the cheapie RK71 (I guarantee you they’re not paying Apple any licensing fee). Apple-compatible keyboards, with keycaps, have been a thing since at least the early 90s (I have a 105-key ADB keyboard somewhere I picked up at Best Buy in ’93 or so for like $37 – I think it’s an Interex MAC-105). https://lowendmac.com/1998/microspeed-kb105m-mac-keyboard/
