The RK 87 is a wireless tkl under 100 that is white. It has white switches which are linear: here. I have gotten mine with red switches before but they seem out of stock right now. I wouldn’t recommend it though, I have tried RK 87 wireless capabilities and they are decent but not a very fast connection speed. Probably why they are so cheap. Very good keyboard though overall if using the wired version. I would definitely recommend a keychron K8 for its wireless capabilities. It is much better and supports the 100 dollar budget.
Otherwise, if you really wanted a tkl that is wireless, I recommend building one yourself out of DIY kit, some switches that are linear, and some keycaps you would like. Find all those under 100 dollars will be tough but somewhat doable.
