It’s the holy trinity video, the hair shampoo is ketaconazole, he recommended the one i linked below which is what I just started using (can’t provde results because it’s still too early) I also use Mareks Minoxidil (contains topical dutasteride and tretenoin) and finasteride. This is the “holy trinity” Derek mentions in his video.
That being said, you’re pretty young to be considering hair loss treatment tbh. Your hormones are still changing which affects hair. Keep in mind you can’t just “get off” Minoxidil or finasteride. It’s a lifelong commitment. When you stop your hair will revert back to its previous state or worse.
