I’ve tried this one (great if you’re a side sleeper) and now that I’m sleeping more on my stomach I use this one. I like that it has divots for my arms to rest above my head, and the hole for my ears make my ear plugs (thanks for continuing to put off that sleep study, bf…) much more bareable. The second one has a larger version but I found it too wide for my shoulders since I sleep with both arms above my head.
