Ignore the B.S title on the Amazon page, but you might want to check out the Remee sleep mask. I was a Kickstarter backer in 2011/2012 and they delivered.

It might work for you, did it work for me? Yes, I can’t say 100% it was the mask because you need to get into some decent sleep patterns, avoid alcohol, not be really stressed but I would attribute very vivid and creative dreams to it.
