Our benches have legs that fold under, so they can be high or low. I think this is what most studios have now, I’ve never been to one without this bench.

It takes some fortitude to roll your own workouts at the house, but for a woman you can probably buy a starter set of dumb bells, a med ball, and some resistance bands for the cost of a month membership.

My studio was closed for about three months and rolling those costs into equipment, I have most of what I need to emulate workouts by now (except a treadmill or a rower). The bonus part is that when you are rolling your own workout, you are allowed to never pick pistol squats.

If you were like me, you never thought you could do the things you wound up doing in the studio. Well, this is just one more of those, you can get your sweat on.

I got this one from Amazon, it is just like the ones at OTF and I love having it at home. I can repeat the body weight exercises and have been using it to do step downs which has really helped my knees.

This is the one I have! I was super lucky to get it on Amazon for CAD$160 a couple months ago. It’s lower and not as comfortable as a regular gym bench, but it works great for my home gym.
