So I’m a straight up newbie, just bought my first keyboard off Amazon, a Redragon K552W white w/ red leds
Now, this is almost what I was looking for, only thing is I wanted white LEDs, but as it was on sale, I said fuggit.
Is it possible to switch out the LEDs for white ones? Would I be in over my head if I tried it? Approximately how much time and money would it take to switch them out? I have experience soldering, if that counts for anything

Hi! So for the monitor and keyboard here’s some recommendations. If you want a budget 144hz monitor, the best I could find on amazon was the Sceptre IPS 24″” (I’ll link it below). Its $177 (144hz are pretty expensive, sorry), and has hdmi ports, 1ms refresh rate, and 144hz, thus its very good for gaming. (its also 5/5 stars on amazon). Now, for the keyboard I would recommend the SteelSeries Apex M750. Its 4.5/5 stars, and its pretty thin, light, and small. It has quiet and linear keycaps, and backlit keys for $85. However, if you want something cheaper and even smaller, I would get the Reddragon K552, for only $42. Its thing and small, the only issue with this keyboard is it’s quite loud because of the blue keycaps, and the rgb is very limited to red and white, but that’s because of the low price.
