if you want really clicky keys the razer greens are clicky and incredibly satisfying coming from a razer keyboard user but if you want a silent key with a different look i linked the second one below the first also if you want a graphics card recomendation i would look at nothing less than the 1660super for the budget you are in but to be real the market is terrible right now and everything is so freaking overpriced. look at getting a used 1050ti tbh for like 100$ its worse than the 1060 3gb but for 100$ it would be much better vakue then you could wheater the storm as everyone waits for gpu prices to normalize after this traumatic halloween-current day season
