If you don’t mind floating keys, get a Magicforce 108 when it’s available later this month / next month, and replace the keycaps with white blanks.

If you want the sunken look, get a WASD CODE, disassemble, plasti-dip the case and replace the keycaps.

About the switches:

Cherry MX Switches can be divided into two categories (concerning noise):

1. Quiet (linear/tactile): Reds, Browns, Blacks, Clears, Nature-Whites.
2. Noisy (clicky): Blues, Greens, Whites.

This Magicforce (linear version, tactile version) is a great choice for new buyers: it’s readily available on Amazon in a variety of switches, and it’s relatively cheap. I’d recommend you skim over the Wiki (specifically the buyer’s guide and common misconceptions), and if you have any more questions feel free to ask 🙂

Blue, green, brown, and clear all have a bump as their actuation point which is nice for me in a rhythm game.
Gateron blues and cherry blues both have pretty much the same force required at 50 grams for cherry and 55 for gateron.
If you want something that requires less force get gateron reds(ill edit this later and link you a keyboard with reds or blues on amazon), cherry reds and gateron reds both have the same force at 45 grams.
If you like to bottom out your switches get reds but blues also work with bottoming out too.
I use gateron reds and I’ve gotten much better at singletapping and the only problem I’ve had is overstreaming honestly. The weight difference between the switches only comes to play when playing long streaming songs from what ive seen.

Blue switch only comes in a 68 key version, there might be a full size but I’m too lazy to check.

Maybe a Magicforce 108.

A Mistel Sleeker or Varmilo VA87M Mac would be a much nicer option. Also TKL is far more ergonomic for right handed mouse users.

I have the Magicforce purchased from Amazon for $70. So far, no issues.

I was looking on Amazon and found these two Magicforce keyboards. I tried combining your suggestions with the other user’s suggestion for Gateron switches:
