It’s on Amazon as the Magicforce 108.

I love the Magicforce 68, but I’m just not a fan of the way the plastic bottom wraps up to form a lip on this full-size brother. They should’ve kept the floating keycap style.

Alright so if you can swing another $10, get the magicforce 108. That would be the best quality full size with gateron or cherry switches. Here’s a link on amazon with gateron browns for $70

Well if it doesn’t have to be Cherry Brown Here’s this link to a very reputable china brand that uses (in my eyes) superior Gateron switches. Still browns and still very nice.

This isn’t really the /sub I’d be asking about keyboards in as 99% of them run “gaming” or membrane keebs. Try looking at the guide over in /r/MechanicalKeyboards.

That said the Magicforce 108 (or 68) in brown Gateron switches is probably the best low end true mech that’s not a “gaming” junk keeb. It runs $70 on Amazon and comes in white or black back-lit or standard.

There’s also a cheaper version of it in Outemu switches for $40. It also comes in 68 or 108 keys, black or white, back-lit or standard.

The only thing I would do is order a good set of keycaps to switch out with the junk that comes on it you’ll really like it allot more.

Here’s my 2 cents:

Magicforce 108:
Amazon

Magicforce 82:
Amazon

They’re both super solid for the price. The full-sized one (the 108) looks like one of the old iMac keyboards (which I’m personally not a fan of), while the smaller one has a beautiful floating-key design with an aluminum plate.

If you look around, you’ll find versions in almost any backlight color imaginable, and with either black or white bases/keycaps. (Both exist with Red switches as well)

A few options:

https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01HHTFSIK – This one has the Gateron switches

https://mechanicalkeyboards.com/shop/index.php?l=product_detail&p=1653 – Gateron switches, just pick one with the switch type and case color you want

https://www.amazon.com/Mechanical-Programable-Keyboard-Conflict-Switches/dp/B01EFOJ0L6/ – I picked one of these up for $40 to see if my wife would want a mech board, and she absolutely fell in love with it. The switches are good (not great, a step under Gateron/Cherry), it’s the loudest board I’ve ever heard, but the construction is damn solid and the RGB works well, if a little basic. She refuses to give it up for a “reputable brand” board.

https://www.amazon.com/MechanicalEagle-Mechanical-Keyboard-Switches-DIY-Replaceable/dp/B01I1N6J34/ – Same board as above, more conservative design, slightly cheaper.

Just keep in mind that replacing keycaps on the E-Element Z-77 boards will be annoying, since it’s not a standard Cherry stemmed switch. Cannot comment on the Z-88, as it may or may not have the standard cherry stem, or the ALPS stem the Z-77 has.

Edit: Here’s another option from /r/buildapcsales – https://www.reddit.com/r/buildapcsales/comments/73utbz/keyboard_kbtalking_next_white_led_backlit/

“Gaming keyboards” are overpriced and not built well. I suggest this.

I was browsing through r/MechanicalKeyboards recently, and a few of the threads had people recommending the Magicforce 68?

Here’s the fullsized magicforce with browns (Gateron not CherryMX): Amazon

And here’s the Magicforce 68 (with Cherry Browns): Amazon

The one thing I don’t like about how their shop is set up on Amazon is that each keyboard with a different switch type is it’s own product page, so you might have to do a little searching for a different switch type/size.

Also, I have no idea if this is actually a decent board. I was planning on getting one with blacks and trying to out though.
