Weightlifting belt questions

Hi, I’m a female in my early 20s and I’ve been lifting for over 3 years. I do heavy lifts, but I’ve never lifted with a weight lifting belt before. I got recently got back into a gym with a barbell, and my current max that I’ve attempted for deadlifts is 225 x 3. I’m looking to increase my deadlift to 315 by the end of the year or early next year and take building strength a lot more seriously. My squats are pretty moderate, I do working sets with 185 pounds, but I’m mostly focusing on increasing my deadlift just because it’s easier to do without a spotter.

Here are my questions: Is getting a belt worth getting if I practice good form and have been doing fine without? Also, I don’t want to spend a lot of money on one if I don’t end up using it often. This one from Amazon is pretty inexpensive and I would like to get one around this price to try it out in case I don’t like it, but will it provide me the support I need? Or should I just spend a few more dollars and get a leather one such as This (Leather belt) on Amazon. Thanks for any help!
