Worth noting that you can get a mouth guard online for relatively cheap.

The kind I got a while back had a tiny handle on it so you can put it in boiling water to soften it, then bite down on it so it molds to your teeth shape, and then you cut off the tiny handle. Came with a case and everything.

I’m a Huge Bruxer and these completely protect my teeth. (I’ve purchased guards from dentists in the past and I have not found the quality to be better than this cheapish guard.)
