I got this as a better alternative to the cheap drugstore mouth guards. Probably not as good as what your dentist could make you, but A LOT cheaper. I still have TMJ pain though. Stretches are the only thing that has given me relief and that’s just for maybe an hour. Maybe someday I’ll stumble upon a pot of gold and be able to pay the big bucks to get proper treatment.
