Check out pillows for lash extensions! They are pretty neat. I got one for my lash clients to keep them from turning heads while they dozed, during treatments, and several asked me for them for home use. I ended up getting one for personal use when I got my own droopy eyebrows microbladed last year, and ill never go back.
Well, that’s not true.
There are still nights that I toss that pillow on the floor, in mid sleep tossing about, but 90% of the nights, i stay flat on my back. If you do end up turning, it won’t smash your face as much, and is super supportive.
I found that putting a cheap memory foam pillow under my knees stops that side flip. Takes the pressure off the low back.
My crinkled side face and droopy brow zones are WAY better since using.
