Any ladies tried the 1RM method for peaking by Lawrence Farncombe? https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/1786230356

He suggests to do dynamic effort sets of 4 on squats & bench at 50-55% intensity and then low volume sets of 3 at 70-75% in the weeks coming into a comp but I feel like that’s just insanely low for me and I don’t get much of a training stimulus. Since they can generally lift a lot more proportionally to their bodyweight I wonder if those %s are more apt for men than women generally.
