Hello.

Budget – Less than $100 USD.

Source – My home computer.

Requirements for Isolation – A lot to medium, enough to block out music coming from the room next to mine.

Will you be using these Headphones in Public? No.

Preferred Type of Headphone – Full sized.

Preferred tonal balance – I’d like an overall balanced pair of headphones, because I don’t really have a single genre that I really listen to primarily.

Past headphones – I’ve never really owned many headphones before, but this is the one that I was using, which I’m satisfied with and would like the tonal balance of the next headphones to be similar to this one.

Preferred Music – Again, I don’t really have a single genre that I like. I tend to play a lot of rhythm games, so I listen to a lot of different genres.

What would you like to improve on from your set-up – I think I’m fine with previous setup, so I’ll be looking for something similar.

Asking here because I don’t think it deserves a post.

Not a headphone purchase, but I’ve had my ears hurt when wearing my headphones over a period of a couple of hours because the inside touches my ears. I’ve had this pair of headphones over 2 months now, is there anything I can buy that doesn’t involve stuffing tissues into the headphones?

True 7.1 surround only applies when you have a full set of speakers & subwoofer, otherwise headphones 7.1 is just a mattter of audio engineering. Try these

The Pioneer SE-A1000 is listed as having a 1m cable + 2m extension now, not a continuous 6m(?) cable like /u/ZeosPantera gripes about in his youtube review of them.

I didn’t even know Behringer had headphones – it’s a fair bet there’s better things for the price.

Pioneer SE-A1000‘s are, in my opinion, the best headphones under $100 (unless you need isolation).

How about a $55 Pioneer SE-A1000?
