How about using one of those music pillows which you can connect with your phone and iPod? I’ve never had one myself, but they look pretty comfy. I looked online and found this one on a German website. On Amazon, I could also find this ergonomic smart pillow. I don’t know if this is something you’d consider trying, but it could solve your problem. Hope this helps 🙂
