Don’t know if this is something that might interest you, but there is this super awesome alarm clock I want to tell you about!
I have been using this amazing wake up light, 20 minutes until your alarm is set to go off, it begins lighting up from a deep red to an orange to a white or even to a bright yellow if that’s what you want! It is been super awesome for my wife and I, especially in the winter time when it does not get light until like 7:00 or 8:00

WAKE-UP LIGHT!
Before I got one, I had to set 5+ alarms with intense ringtones like “eye of the tiger,” “you’re the best”(from karate kid), “danger zone,” “get ready for this”(from Jock Jams), etc. Ever since I got my wake-up light, it’s been way easier to wake up, and I usually don’t even need my backup alarm anymore. It’s more effective if you’re a side sleeper and prefer one side over the other, so you can put the lamp to the side you’d be facing.

It starts very slowly lighting up like a sunrise 30 mins before your set alarm so that your body wakes up naturally. You can also set it to dim like a sunset when you’re going to bed. I’ve had this thing for years now, and I am always gently waking up a few minutes before the thing makes a single peep of noise. I have not been woken up to that horrible buzzing noise, or cell phone alarm presets in years and I honestly think my mental health is better for it. If you have any of that typical college kid anxiety at night, the sunset setting is also really relaxing to help you shut your brain off slowly and fall asleep.
P.s. There are a lot of versions of this sunrise thing nowadays, but other brands tend to “click” up brightness levels and this one (as I can personally attest) does not. It’s a perfect gradient, brightness fully customizable that happens over 30 mins.
Phew… I’m done now. But seriously I’m begging you to try it.
