I’d look into a purpose made electric razor before going with someone like laser hair removal. it’s crazy expensive and very permanent. it may sound like a good idea but I know that when I’m 70 and my balls hang out of my shorts I don’t want them to look like the youngest part of my body.

that being said I would recommend the Philips Norelco OneBlade Face + Body it works great just make sure you use two different blades for your face and junk.

Instead of outright shaving, use a trimmer and go gradually. Start with legs and arms or chest and just start with a barrier on the trimmer to a level 5 or whatever you feel comfortable with. This will help get some of the body hair gone, but also gives you a path to clear more off your body over time by shifting that trim barrier level shorter and shorter.

I really like the Norelco OneBlade for this. If you get their body + face package, the lowest barrier can really get it pretty close to the skin. Norelco OneBlade on Amazon

Another option entirely, again that I would recommend with a trimmer first that people won’t notice is hair around your pubic area.

in the past i always wanted guards for shaving since i hated the all or nothing look, but didn’t know they made them for body hair until this past year or so, really thought i’d have to buy an expensive head razor for it (which those are usually kind of clunky) so i held out until i found this razor

This is a tall order. You would typically want a trimmer for your body but a razor or shaver for the face. This is designed for both: Philips Norelco OneBlade I have used it on my face and beard and it works very well.

My favourite is this Phillips trimmer it has different… Guards? (sorry, I’m not native and I don’t know what’s the name for this plastic things you put in the blade to avoid cutting the hair too short) and, for me, the guards are the game changer:

They came in different lengths so you can decide if you want your hair somewhat trimmed, almost shaved or full shaved.

The battery last forever, it’s really small so you can store it anywhere in the bathroom and the fact that you don’t have to deal with cables or really big equipment is awesome.

It looks like Phillips has paid me for write this (they didn’t) but I bought it almost 2 years ago and I really can’t say anything negative about it. Even if the blade goes dull (or if you are like me and drop the blade in the fucking WC) Amazon also sell blade replacements that work like a charm.

The biggest guard leaves the hair pretty long -in my standards- but I don’t know if that will be what you are looking for. This same brand and model has different types of devices so maybe one of them can give the result you are looking for.

Have a nice day!

Philips One Blade Face and Body is easily the best electric trimmer I’ve used.

It is definitely the Philips Norelco OneBlade Face + Body. The attachments work like a charm. It’s really fast and safe. There is basically no way to cut yourself unless you are extremely careless while shaving.

One of these bad boys! I think that’s the one he has. You can get it at lots of different drug stores. I see it everywhere

Yay! Good feeling eh?

Definitely trim the hair down first with clippers. I use Phillips One Blade and a Venus razor + Venus + Olay Shaving cream their are many different ones so check them out. It is also recommended to exfoliate and moisturize to get rid of that dead skin and open up those pores, I haven’t done this yet but will be shortly to help reduce ingrown hairs and razor burn too.

You can also get Womans dry shaver’s too so maybe look into that. I also picked up a Intuition Schick razor for in the bath/shower, no need for shaving cream.

A lot of options! Also if you search the sub there are quite a few shaving guides. Good luck!

I bought this for my face:

https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B078BDHV9P/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1

It worked pretty good there so naturally I tried it on my sack. With the skin guard it is fantastic. Smooth action and no nicking the sack folds. Since I used it on my pa-nuds I bought another one for my face. Now I just have the nut ones chillin’ in my shower and plug it in every so often.

If you haven’t yet, give the Philips Norelco OneBlade a try.

I am a ginger with extremely dense, thick, and coarse facial hair. I also have skin so sensitive I think it’s just allergic to, well, existing. I’ve tried the Gillette 600 blades in a cartridge things, safety razors, electric shavers, you name it. In combination with all manner of lotions, potions, and creams.

The electric shaver (Braun Series 7) was the best result I could get with the least amount of irritation, but it’s also a $250 device and that doesn’t include the self-cleaning refill cartridges.

Not too long ago I bought a OneBlade on a whim and that $50 product has replaced my Braun, I haven’t touched it since.

It gets an extremely close shave without irritating my skin or tearing up my face. That’s even doing it dry. Use something like Lectric and it’s even better. It also works well (and was built for) the body as well as the face, with guard attachments and whatnot. I can attest to this, I use it everywhere.

They claim the blade refill w/ 3 blades (~$30) lasts up to a year, but for me they last about 6 months but YMMV.

Give that a shot, I hope it works for you.

The Phillips One Blade system does an amazing job mowing off body hair without cutting hair below the surface of the skin, which leads to rashes.
