What is the length? If it’s fairly short, you could always get a trimmer. I own this one and it works exceptionally well.
Hope that helps.

I use a beard trimmer like this on my balls and near it. I don’t use a electric razor as you described because it’s too stubbly and doesn’t shave my balls real well. Using a beard trimmer is much more effective. I’ll put on the lowest possible length setting.

I have been using this norelco body trimmer. It charges pretty quickly, runs on battery or plugged in, its waterproof. I have been using it for almost 3 years!

I personally use this one, Philips Beard Trimmer it gives a close trim and you can adjust the size of the blade to give a closer cut. You’re just 19, I used to think I’d never grow a beard but here I am at 25 with almost a full beard growing haha (I still have some places it needs to grow.) Plus this has lasted me for more than 3 years si it’s a good investment.
To give you a better orientation on why I thought Niacinamide could help you, you can watch Dr Drays video on Niacinamide here. Basically it can help reduce redness and inflammation of the skin, so check Dr Dray’s videos, she’s a dermatologist and can give you a better explanation. AHAs and BAHs are used to exfoliate the skin since they are ketaolytic and help improve the appearance of scars. Ferulic Acid is a hydroxycinnamic acid, so I don’t even know if it falls into the AHA or BHA category (i checked about it and couldn’t find an answer.)
And the reason why using Vitamin C on any skin care product is this. So seriously consider stop wasting your money on products that contain it.
Hope this was of help 🙂

Do the clippers pinch/cut your skin? I find clippers to be the best, but I’m afraid of the wide toothed ones because the one I used did that.
