I bought this keyboard for ffxiv on the ps4/5 because it’s pretty small. I like it a lot. Mini Keyboard

I’m not sure what you mean by arrows, insert, etc within the “main section” but after a quick Google search, I found this.

After literally counting the buttons on the keyboard its actually 85 key. Either way its a small form factor keyboard.

So that keyboard has the blue switches, which are tactile and have a bump and click.

If you’d like to give red switches a try I’m sure you’d like it.

Just so you know the Mac keyboard works with windows, i use it myself

Based on the research I’ve been able to do, not really. If you want TKL and not mechanical, you’re going to get chiclet caps:

Amazon Keeb: Wired, TKL, Chiclet

Amazon Keeb2 (Logitech K400): Wireless, TKL, Chiclet, with a touchpad

Something like this maybe? You get some results if you look for TKL Membrane Keyboards but not a lot.
