i hear good things.
you’re already familiar with fluance with your record player. i’ve got a set of their floor speakers for years now, and am very pleased with the sound and build quality.
depending on your budget, another option is the m25 from peachtree audio.

they include a phono pre-amp. haven’t heard them myself.

The Eris speakers don’t have a way to directly get digital into them. You would need a soundcard, or an external DAC, etc. . .

They look like nice speakers however!

Something like these might be easier: https://www.amazon.com/Peachtree-Audio-Powered-Speakers-Pair/dp/B077R8MP6H/

No need for sound card – just run your USB straight into the speakers. They also have a remote. And it looks like they will put out decent bass without a subwoofer.

If you wanted to stick with the Eris – the 5’s look better to me and they are only $50 more on Amazon than the 3’s. You would need an external DAC, and probably something to control volume. I use these:

(Controls volume and adds a little tube sound).

(DAC – also nice headphone amp – actually has good specs.)
