What is the opinion of Reddit about the

I have a lot of friends who like them, but it seems like the quality control is usually garbage so you might have to deal with returning one that’s dead on arrival (so Costco would be convenient to buy from, since their returns are really easy).

I recently bought this one for a friend as an early Christmas present. She said it helps, but the massaging motion is a bit rough and took some getting used to, especially when it hit a sore spot. She really likes the heating feature.
