You can’t go wrong with Philips if the feature set is right for you. They know from trimmers and shavers.
My experience with very close shaving (on my head though) at 0.2mm with an Oster trimmer is that you will probably have less irritation wet shaving.

My modelling career has yet to take off… 🙂 but I love my little Panasonic ER240B trimmer. Don’t be put off by the low price and seeming simplicity, this is a brilliant little Japanese-made piece of kit. I run mine on Eneloop rechargeables. If you can occasionally live with 3mm at the short end definitely one to look at.
