I ordered one of these and use only my left hand yo hot key I wanna buy one that is like 80$ that has more keys. I like the optional functionality of the Flow X13 but I’m starting to think I might have to try and return it and try a different one

The only thing, and this maybe has changed, is product and driver support for pen displays is far shorter than pen tablets. For example, Huion GT-220 (2048) was released in 2014, driver support stopped after 2017. So that was 3 years of driver support. Others that have bought displays and upgrade to a newer MacOS or Windows 10 forces an update will break drivers. Windows 10 1909 update in 2019 broke a lot of drivers and any pen display that was made before that that was going beyond its 3 year support cycle probably doesn’t work on Windows 10 anymore. This is not unique to Huion, but all non-Wacom brands. Wacom provides drivers for 10 years+, every single one of their Cintiq products have up to date drivers for Mac and Windows.

That said, drawing a pen display for prolong periods is bad. A stand on a desk is not ideal either, laying flat on the table is even worst. Watch https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N6A1rSU6Lm8&t=494s&ab_channel=BoroCG for this topic.

Overall If you’re okay with lets say 3-5 years out of a pen display, then sure. Touch on any pen display is not ideal. The primary reason is the same for Wacom, you need to life the pen high enough from the screen to enable touch, you cannot do both at the same time. I don’t think there is any value in this. This display does not have touch and is small enough to also have a keyboard aside from it. If you need a solution for that, then https://www.amazon.com/Keyboard-Rainbow-Multimedia-Ergonomic-Mechanical/dp/B08B1GS1ZG/ is a cheap one handed keyboard. You can remap the keys in drawing programs, rather than needing complex macro software, as they are just keyboards.
