I have an older Omron (BP786N). I liked that I could sync the readings to my phone (and to apple health) which made it easier to bring the data in to my dr.

Get a blood pressure monitor. Like this one I recommend this one. My grandparents used this brand for their diabetes and have been using it for like 5 years now. The only problem is that your arm might be too big from the sick gains. In that case die young and in a large coffin. Jk stay safe

I got the Omron blood pressure monitor after I had a handful of high readings early on. It syncs with your phone and lets you email you doctor your numbers directly through the app, which was handy for me since he wanted me to monitor my BP from home for 2 weeks and then send him my results. Turns out it was white coat syndrome.

I spent a lot of time researching various different brands and models and this seemed to be a good choice and I recently found out that the local medical university uses the same model.

itone or lisinopril. I use the former on blast and stay in the 110-120 range for systolic. I take my blood pressure every morning with one of these
