What is the opinion of Reddit about the

I got one a couple months ago. Used it everyday for a week or two (off cycle). Turns out I’m pretty healthy, so it got boring, but that’s a good thing. I think if I was hypertensive it’d be more useful/interesting.

I just started a cycle, so I’m glad you reminded me of it. I’m going to take it everyday and spreadsheet it. Once a week is probably plenty, but I like charts. It only takes 5 minutes, so take it as often as you like. I think first thing in the morning is best.
