Get a good office chair. I bought this one 3 years ago, and it looks like new and is ridiculously comfortable. No swamp butt or back because of the mesh back and cloth seat. I’m retired so I sit in this thing all day, every day. I’m a 200# dude, as well.

I bought this one from Amazon a couple years back. A real bargain. I spend all day in this thing, and really like it.
