Take it now, and buy more. It’s an ultra cheap supplement that can last you all year. 16 dollars for 2.2 pounds. Do you know what that means? That’s about 998 grams, at 5 grams a day that’s about 200 days worth of creatine.

Edit: I have prime and that price is listed as prime..I’m not sure how diff the price actually is if you don’t have prime.

With creatine, you need to supplement every day, 3g-5g per day. No loading phase is needed, it has been proven repeatedly to be unnecessary.

something not mentioned much around here is that you should take it during/after your workout on workout days to have its increased muscle growth effects. If taken every day in the morning or some other time that isnt right after your workout, you will still receive the increased energy/lifting efficiency benefits.

ON is overpriced, creatine is creatine. Silly to pay almost twice as much for a label.
