I can definitely sympathize and commiserate with you! I’m lucky that my work doesn’t involve a lot of walking, but I do understand how you feel. The belt does help a lot, especially for me going up and down stairs (we have a split level–living area upstairs, but bathroom downstairs–dumbest thing ever). I’d also do PT, but in the mean time, the belt could help. Just don’t expect a miracle, for me it took a day or two of wearing it all day for it to start feeling better. It helps take away most of the discomfort, but not all.
