May not be the answer you are looking for but I have periods of sitting in chairs all day and typing. Not related to the chair, I also get increasing anxiety as the day goes on. If the anxiety is near max I usually lay down and do a guided mindfulness or listen to relaxing music on YouTube. I just got This today which helps support your neck and take tension off your neck. It also comes with a blackout mask. The laying down and mindfulness help me reboot. This is especially helpful when switching tasks. Maybe after you get done with everything.. take some time to relax and reset your mind & reset before spending time with your SO, it may help you to be more present with them.
