Mr. Coffee 4-Cup Switch Coffee Maker with Gold Tone Filter, Black?

Going by Amazon ratings, the Mr. Coffee drip coffee maker seems the nicest for your budget and odd (by /r/coffee standards) requirements.

I don’t know how good it actually is, though. Me, I’d follow /u/drosenthal’s advice and get a French press.
