I checked before replying, because I was curious about what that interface was (never heard of it). From what I’ve read, it’s a class compliant usb audio device, that requires no special drivers, and does work as an audio interface through USB. That’s kind of a point of an audio interface— so you don’t have to use computer onboard audio at all.

Nope, not off the top of my head, sorry.
Admittedly I am hardly up-to-date on current consumer grade offerings. It’s why I said hypothetical. I’ve mostly used this technique with hardware mixers for expanding available tracks and on-site recordings with portables.
A real quick search, and not exactly what you’re asking for, is this 2 channel, mic and unbalanced stereo 1\4″ i\o.
So in this case you’d be able to squeeze 3 available channels out of it with a y stereo trs to ts adaptor on input 2, for instance. Same idea.
