Either proper MX Cherry Silent Reds, or regular MX reds with o-rings.
Double plus good if you get a giant steelseries pad to buffer most of the impact noise into the desk.

A lot of folks here point to the GMMK as a great entry level mechanical keyboard. You can get the tenkeyless version for about $105 here: https://www.pcgamingrace.com/products/gmmk-tkl-tenkeyless-brown-switch
It’s hot-swappable, so you can spring for some different switches down the road if you don’t like your initial choice.
For non hot swap, I’ve seen the MK Night mentioned:

I’ve also seen the Keychron on here a lot: https://www.amazon.com/Keychron-Wireless-Bluetooth-Mechanical-Tenkeyless/dp/B0869HZV81/ref=sr_1_1_sspa?dchild=1&fst=as%3Aoff&keywords=mechanical+keyboard&qid=1603049571&refinements=p_89%3AKeychron&rnid=2528832011&s=electron…
Grains of salt: I’m a newbie and still learning. But there are some good ~$100 options out there.
I’m probably going to bo with the GMMK soon since it seems to be the go-to hotswap newbie keyboard.
