But seriously, wearing make up during the day helps, nothing is worse that getting a bunch of foundation under your fingernails & knowing you just ruined your make up to boot. If you’re the type that analyzes your face into a pockmarked ruin, try to avoid mirrors, especially magnified mirrors, whenever possible.
