This! There’s an inexpensive retinol lotion on amazon that I bet with time would make a difference! Just remember to keep the area covered or put sunscreen on your back; although I doubt the retinol concentration is very high since there’s no pregnant/breastfeeding warning that most retinols carry. I’ve been using it on my chest, neck, back and arms and it’s been really helping with skin texture and I haven’t had any of random back pimples since starting.
