I have a mechanical RGB keyboard I’m looking to trade.

It’s this one.

You pay shipping for the keyboard to you and the mouse to me and I’ll straight trade. I have original box and everything. Will clean before I send it.

I’m sorry if this is available on the wiki, I found it a bit confusing. Would be good if someone could answer more simply.

I was looking at getting this keyboard in a week or so because although I would love to get a £100+ keyboard, I can’t justify that for my first mechanical. I have a few questions though:

Since that keyboard uses ‘knockoff’ Cherry MX Blue switches, I wondered if later on it’s possible to change them to Cherry MX Brown switches but keep the current key caps so that the RGB of the keyboard still comes through?

Also, is there any ideal dealer for switches in the UK

I would also love some opinions on whether it’s even worth it to change them.

Like I said, sorry if this is in the wiki – found it confusing and hard to navigate for what I am wanting to know. If it’s answered in the wiki directing me would be appreciated. Thanks!

Edit: forgot something

That is your best shot if you want a low budget keyboard, its very close to MX blues and has decent reviews. If you are willing to go up to the 100 then you can get loads of keyboards, just a matter of time and check out r/mechmarket

https://www.amazon.ca/dp/B01DBVGW4C/ref=cm_sw_r_sms_apa_Hy0mybYY4EV7K this is a nice white/ brushed alluminum mechanical keyboard. This is also the Canadian website so if you live in America just switch to Amazon.com for American prices
