I bought this one from Bob & Brad. Helped out a lot. Wish I would have bought one of these a long time ago. I was having some bad leg pain after my fusion and this thing helped so much. The one I got is on sale on Amazon right now. With a coupon they have I think it takes it down to like 90 bucks.
I will say spend the extra money to get a name brand unit and avoid the cheapo crap on Amazon. Spend a few bucks more and get something that’s going to actually last.

A percussion massager has been a great addition to my recovery routine. Don’t think I could live without one now that I’ve had one. No need to spend big bucks on one like Theragun or Hypervolt. Here’s the gun I bought. Feel like I have to do the “always consult with a physician first…” stuff. I’m in no way promoting this massage gun over others. It was on sale at the time, seemed a name brand and not a cheapo Chinese knock-off, but also nowhere near as expensive as the big name guns. Can’t promise it will work wonders but it honestly has helped me:

Hopefully the next injection will give her some relief. We mainly did mine so that I would have some peace of mind that my fusion was going to be in the right area. My disc between S5-L1 was shot so we were fairly confident that was the problem, but L5-L4 isn’t the best either and there are still nerves coming out of there that can cause sciatic pain (usually it is S5-L1, however).

I spent way too much time researching massage guns just to realize that Bob and Brad C2 massage gun is prob best. This is my third massage gun. The last 2 tend to be more of a vibrator than a massage device. Not really helpful. The price + performance of C2 looked just like an absolute steal. It is nothing short of amazing!
