You could try this contraption for your neck.

I got it about 1 month ago and I use it occasionally on my neck. Not sure if it’s the best thing out there, but it does work for massaging the neck muscles. For me, it was coincidentally delivered same day I experienced a major nexk tension headache coming on and using it stopped it from getting worse at that time, so gets a 8/10 just for that one day.

A manual shiatsu neck massager. It’s basically a big clip with rubber golf balls. This is the one I bought for $12.

My neck was in such pain for a week, I couldn’t move it at all. I got this from a recommendation from my cousin. I’ve never used any kind of massager that did anywhere near as good of a job at working out the kinks.

Don’t bother paying $100+ on some electronic massager. I’ve done it, and they don’t compare to this cheap hunk of plastic. I honestly don’t understand how everyone doesn’t have one of these by now. You can literally hit every crevice on your neck. Get exactly where the pain is at, and everything around it.
