So, this isn’t exactly audiophile-level equipment, but a long time ago my family bought a Logitech Z64Q Surround-Sound setup. Now, 15 years later, I’ve only got the subwoofer left.
If I remember correctly, the subwoofer would connect to the center speaker with a VGA cable (?) and then the aux inputs would come down to the computer to be plugged in. This works fine, when you have the center speaker. Since I don’t anymore, is there any way to connect it to my computer now?

Hey guys. I’m not sure if I’m asking in the right place but here goes. Please keep it friendly.
So in a nutshell I’m trying to setup a budget friendly creative workstation to make some beats and music. I’ve already got a midi keys coming on the way, and just built a nice full tower pc. I’ve got $200 reserved for FL Producer as thats a pretty big chunk of all this. As for the rest of my spending, I’m just not sure which to prioritize for now and where to compensate for quality, or if even need it at all. Specifically speaking: Monitors, audio interface. I’ve been told and read online to not overlook having an interface, and that it’s indeed crucial to precisely hear what you are making. Figure I’ll set aside $150 for the Scarlett 2i2, unless you guys have “better” suggestions. As for monitors, I’m torn between just using my old logitech z640 surround speakers for now or my nice audio technica headphones or getting decent studio monitors. I’m already spending a bit more than I’d like for now, but at the same time I know your monitors are probably the most important piece of equipment you have…
