You can just throw it in the washing machine after sex.

I use fleece over a machine-washable incontinence pad similar to this. I use a little dustpan to pick up poops once in the middle of the week, and then every weekend take the bedding out, shake it off and drop it in the washing machine.

Pop one of these sumbitches over the top of your sheets before you go at it, saves a lot of cleanup. Just make sure to test the pad for quality control issues beforehand.
