I live in northern CA, so the biggest changes tend to be the temperature and the amount of sun exposure I get. I tend to use waterproof sunscreens more frequently, and I transistion to a lighter moisturizer, Lily Ana Naturals. I found it from Into the Gloss or The Strategist, I can’t remember, and I was deeply suspicious, but so far I’ve been pleasantly surprised!

My skin used to be like yours from the sounds of it. Cystic on chin and jawline, so I would used acne products, but then cheeks were red, flaky, and bumpy. I got on Spirolactone for the cystic(PCOS) and stopped using any products for acne. Instead I started trying to address the dry skin, and my bumps cleared up. I tried a lot of products and Andalou Naturals Age Defying Lien was best for me. I don’t need anti-aging yet, it it really helped to calm my skin. So now I use a product with Lactic Acid(sometimes just a toner, sometimes Good Genes or The Ordinary) followed by any moisturizer that has minimal ingredients, mainly oils. Usually Andalou DMAE cream or Blue Cocoon(expensive) I also like this one https://www.amazon.com/Face-Cream-Moisturizer-Natural-Aging/dp/B00LV5NY3I/ref=sr_1_1_sspa?s=beauty&ie=UTF8&qid=1522001192&sr=1-1-spons&keywords=lilyana+naturals&psc=1
