What is the opinion of Reddit about the
LifeArt Blue Light Blocking Glasses, Anti Eyestrain, Computer Reading Glasses, Gaming Glasses, TV Glasses for Women and Men, Anti UV, Anti Glare (Black, No Magnification)?

I use ’em. They work for me I think. I mean I think it’s more than placebo effect because I tend to notice pretty quickly that my eyes are feeling strain when I forget to put them on.

Edit: Something else to consider is screen brightness. I’d already had my brightness dimmed, and that’s when my eye doctor recommended the glasses to filter blue light to help further reduce eye strain.
