The brand is pretty generic but these are the ones I got from Amazon. Also, if you just search for sleep headphones on Amazon you’ll get a ton of similar results

I use these sleep headphones. They’re Bluetooth, comfortable and have a long battery life

I like these. I actually cut horizontal slits in my TempurPedic pillow and inserted the thin headphones in there. But if you want to wear them on both ears, they really are quite thin and comfortable to sleep in.

I use the quiet comfort when I’m awake. If the over-head are an issue for you, I enjoy the AKG wired earbuds. For sleeping, I really don’t have a suggestion other than downloading white noise or whatever sounds you want to listen to on your phone and pairing your phone with something like a sleeping headband. This is what I use sometimes: https://www.amazon.com/Bluetooth-Headphones-Lavince-Ultra-Thin-Meditation/dp/B07Q34ZKLF

> Sleeping is not even peaceful.

Not sure if you like the idea, but I recently bought one of these to listen to while I go to sleep. It’s not perfect, but it does help with a bit of relaxing sounds so it’s not just the deep quiet that makes the screetching louder.

Snorer here..
I have tried several remedies to no avail.
Thus, I did the following
1. Bought large Roku TV and mounted it to the wall opposite her side of the bed, not centered.

  1. Bought two of these bluetooth headphones…an extra one in case she forgets to charge it.

  2. Subscribed to a premium radio service (Spotify/YouTube premium) to access white noise playlists without commercials.

  3. Every night I wait for her to fall asleep before me on purpose even though I am the one getting up with the kids first 5 of 7 days.

It ain’t as good as me being fixed, but it helps her fall asleep.

Good luck getting some rest!

They do make sleep headphones. I have used them for quite some time. Ear plugs are supposedly not great for your ears over long periods of time.

I have ones like this, but there are many types. Just search “sleep headphones.”

Basically a headband with soft earphone pads embedded in them (you can remove them to wash) that connect to bluetooth on your phone. I find them much more comfortable than trying to sleep with earbuds in. People also use them for running or other exercise.

There is a lot of variety in styles and price points; linking below to the ones I like. I find them comfortable enough to sleep on my side, although I do feel like they dig into my ear a bit after an hour or so. Usually I’ll half wake up, take them off and chuck them on my nightstand, and fall right back to sleep, when that happens. Good enough for me, for the price.

I got these in a fit of insomnia and they are fantastic. They connect more quickly than my AirPods and the battery life is great. Sound isn’t anything to write home about but I’m trying to sleep.

I used these to block out my shitty ex roommates partying on the other side of my wall every night. They’re perfect.

Before you spend money, you should consider testing out different colored noises. I am assuming you have a device that you don’t my playing audio over night.

This article might be useful:

I sleep with a bluetooth enabled sleep mask similar to these and listen to podcasts. That works well enough for me. The only thing that keeps me from sleeping is too much caffeine, which I’ve all but cut out of my life (at least after 10AM. 🙂

I have a similar experience. On Jan 31st 2021 I slept on my right ear waring one of these at a relatively high volume: https://www.amazon.com/Bluetooth-Headphones-Lavince-Ultra-Thin-Meditation/dp/B07Q34ZKLF

When I woke up, there was a very clear eeeeeeee sound on my right ear that I could hear even during the daytime. A week later the noise went down in a way that I could only hear it at night when I slept. Today I still hear it at night, and sometimes during the day if I pay attention and I’m having a stressful day. I always hear it if I plug my ears. It gets worse and better depending on how stressed I am.

I also live in the city and there’s always a humming noise through the windows from outside cars, etc. I decided to take a similar approach as you. I’m going to go live in the suburbs at my dad’s for a few weeks since it’s way quieter over there and try to minimize my exposure to loud noises/tv/music/etc as much as I can. Worth the shot.

What about a Bluetooth sleeping headband to emulate the sounds of a stomach and or heart?

This is just the first example I found on Amazon.
