So if you don’t have a lot of kitchen stuff in the first place, I’d recommend just getting a starter set from Walmart for $61 or the same set from Amazon for $77.

If you want to spend just a tiny bit of money, I highly recommend getting either an InstantPot or a Crock-Pot Express. Since they’re versatile, you can use them to either make soups, my award-winning chili, slow-cooked stuff (think pot roasts, chickens, and pulled-pork) or you can use the Pressure Cooker functionality and make things like my ribs from a couple weeks ago, chicken, rice, and lentils in about 15-20 minutes.

The pots and pans though will be SUPER useful for just doing some basic things like eggs and bacon. One last thing to get is an oven pan (like a cookie sheet) – the heavy-duty ones at Walmart are what you’re looking for since they won’t bend in the middle when they get too hot in the oven.
