It’s was one I got off of Amazon! I’ll link it. Here’s the ingredients as they’re listed on the bottle: Purified Water, Glycolic Acid, Carbomer, Glycerin, Coco Betaine, Polyglucose, Aloe Vera, Phenoxyethanol, Sodium Hydroxide. Overall, love love love it. My skin always feel like a baby’s butt right after I use it and especially the morning after. The reviews are definitely warranted (at least in my opinion). And it’s so inexpensive! I’m going to try their Vitamin C serum next.

Okay, so, I’m 19, I’m half Irish half Japanese with VERY oily skin. Like, you could fry an egg with the oil my face produces in 24hrs.. I have TONS of sun damage, I was an elite level comp swimmer for many years, spent upwards of 6hrs every day in the sun with 0 sunscreen thanks to psycho hippie parents… I’ve always had acne, but it’s much more mild now that Im on birth control.
Firstly, does anyone know if I have sun spots or freckles?
Secondly, can someone please give me some recs for an affordable skincare routine?
CURRENT ROUTINE:
Usually, in the mornings I just splash some warm water on my face. Nothing fancy. Whenever I shower (usually evenings, 4-11pm if I go out), I wash my face in the shower. 30 seconds, rub face wash in circular motions, gently cleanse, and rinse.
Get out of the shower, apply a generous later of moisturizer on face and down neck, rubbing excess on chest.
IF I WEAR MAKEUP: Rinse face prior, use mattifying face primer, then apply makeup.
When I take it off, use waterproof-removing micellar water, then cleanse and moisturize.

These products are the best I’ve found so far. I discovered Asian skincare products generally give me the best success, but I’m more than open to anything! I just need to stay under $20 max for my products… I tried skincare by Goodie Co and liked it quite a lot but only used it once or twice so I didn’t make any real progress, and it’s so incredibly pricey! I’ve tried cerave and Cetaphil, both made my acne much worse and my skin was not happy.
I find my skin likes a powerful cleanser with a very moisturizing face serum, if that means anything.
Thank you all!
