Gotcha, thanks for the feedback. I guess I’m just trying to figure out if it’s worth it over a usb macro pad like this. I know it’s a purpose built device but wouldn’t a macro pad or a 40% mechanical keyboard be just about the same thing?

I would get a device such as Koolertron Single Handed Programmable Keypad. You can program any key to whatever and use it with whatever hand she feels most comfortable using. I have one and use it with WoW. I am right handed, but can be used any way you wish.
